How personalization works
Engraving limits: Up to 10 characters per side. A small image or simple design may also be engraved. If combining an image with text, the text is limited to a maximum of 4 characters on that side.
Photo and upload guidance
For the best engraving result, upload a clear, well-lit, in-focus image. Place handwriting or artwork on a flat surface, avoid shadows, and crop the image closely around the part you would like engraved. We will contact you if your image cannot be engraved clearly.
Processing and shipping
Please allow up to 10 business days for your piece to be sourced, engraved, carefully inspected, and prepared for shipment. Shipping transit time is additional. If you have a needed-by date, tell us — a requested date is not guaranteed until we confirm it.
Custom order policy
Personalized items are generally final sale once production has begun. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Golden Keepsake Co. and we will make it right.
